BUSINESS OPERATIONS MANAGER

Key Responsibilities
- Assist the GM in business planning, execution, and performance tracking.
- Prepare high-level management reports, dashboards, and data-driven insights.
- Design and track KPIs across Sales, Product, and Operations.
- Lead follow-ups on strategic targets and cross-departmental action items.
- Coordinate with leadership to ensure all teams meet business goals.
- Manage CRM accuracy and process improvements.
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and basic accounting analysis.
- Facilitate internal communication and represent the GM in key meetings.
Qualifications & Requirements
- 5–8+ years in senior executive support or business management.
- Deep understanding of the UAE IT distribution ecosystem and KPI frameworks.
- Proficient in CRM systems and management reporting tools.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and follow-up skills.
- Valid UAE driving license and personal car.
